From Publishers Weekly ublished in January as a mass market paperback, this crude generation-gap shocker from British author Clark (Darkness Demands) will thrill the adolescent audience for which it's unashamedly intended. However, the entirety of the trip feels tacked-on, as if Gilsdorf didn't feel like he had enough to finish his book yet, but really didn't have anything left to explore. Clark did a fantastic job of keeping the story moving along at a good pace. This book is an excellent resource. There is nothing like introducing people to these stories in their childhood.Most of the great heroes are present in "Adventures of the Greek Heroes". His consideration for her was filled with genuine love. Shawna Kelly has done a very nice job of providing a visual history of early Hollywood and its close ties to aviation. Maybe in a second edition the authors could strive for more balance. As one of the original I-Fans, I am ashamed to say that this book told me things that I should have already known. This got me to wondering how much of this book could be attributed to author Dietlof Reiche and how much to "Das Boot" translator John Brow
