Instead of recounting minute details of Einstein's childhood and daily life, it focuses on the well-documented thought processes that produced Einstein's major discoveries (e.g., the General Theory of Relativity (G=T)); and on what was happening in Einstein's life at those times.The book has the clearest step-by-step layman's explanations of Einstein's theories that I've ever come across.
