Not only will it make you feel healthier, you will naturally attain your ideal weight when you follow Donna Gates' advice and cut way back on sugar and carbs, replacing them with lots of fresh vegetables and fermented foods. Each of the seven Kings and his domain receives a full writeup, here, discussing their connections to other lands and the movers and shakers in those lands.
