Any "Imus in the Morning" fan who does not add this book to his or her collection of Imus things will be lacking the glue that holds together the many pieces of what is now the Don Imus story. If you get a chance to experience VG in person, take it. The script is still unspectacular, but it's a vast improvement over the previous chapter, which I thought was pretty flat and boring. The real life memories are troubling, humorous, horrific and inspiring, and their combined effect provides a unique and unforgettable insight into the soldiers' experiences in the Vietnam War..
