most weird book I have ever seen: no cover page, no copyright, no publisher, no table of contents, no references or bibliography, not even titles of chapters.I suspect the contents to be just copy and paste from other sources.. We left this book behind somewhere in Asheville. Chapter 3: S. I am reading it for the second time.. Anyone knows what I am missing?. I paged through it before wrapping, and hated to give it up! The "timeline" ranges from older homes that have been purchased from previous owners and re-done to modernize the interiors and landscaping while keeping the historic nature of the home, to newer modern styles by prominent local architects and designers. Past that are the Djinn Lands, where nomadic tribesman will trade with any rugged enough to make their way out there, but violently keep outsiders from penetrating deeper. I almost felt like I was reading a sales pitch rather than an educational book.Maybe annuities really are so confusing that no one can make them clear. I bought the book simply because it was a Cisco Press title, but was very disappointed with the wasted money and effort.
